CrossFit classes are our regular classes that all our members attend. We focus on getting you to achieve well-rounded fitness. That means you are not only strong, but you also have good cardio endurance. You can run fast and long. You're flexible and powerful. Classes are held every week day. Each time you walk in, you'll train with a small group and a coach will be leading you through each workout. To ensure your safety and progression, everyone that is new to CrossFit will first go through our Intro to Barbell first.
